Paul Ryan, when asked about his fabricated marathon time, explained  'I Made Up What I Thought Was 'An Ordinary Time.'

Here's the problem with that statement Mr. Ryan, your explanation itself, says that you intended to tell a lie, you just intended to tell a more convincing lie. Well, my grandmother used to say, if you'll lie, you'll cheat, and if you'll cheat, you'll steal which may explain why he's attempting to steal money from medicare, and again lying about it.

You lied about the closing of the General Motors Plant in Janesville, Wisconsin, you lied about President Obama amassing more debt than any other president before him, and more than all the troubled governments of Europe combined, you lied about the Simpson Boles commission (you forgot to mention that you were on the Simpson Bowles Commission), you blamed the president for the nation’s credit downgrade in August 2011 after Republicans threatened to allow the government to default on its debt for the first time in history. As my grandmother also used to say, you're a liar, and the truth ain't in you.
